We are excited to announce our new boxed assortments. We use fresh organic Straus cream and butter in many of our chocolates, and we add no preservatives or additives. Choose from our boxed assortment which contains approximately 20 pieces, or our deluxe box which contains approximately 60 pieces (a large keepsake box which holds three different standard boxes inside). Customization options include custom ribbon or a custom letter inside the box to your special recipients.

Deluxe Boxed Assortment

Boxed Assortment - Classic Collection Assortment	Inside this box of handmade confections, you will find two layers of some of the finest chocolates made anywhere. Combining the finest chocolates, fruits, nuts and herbs with organic cream and butter, our chocolatiers elevate the art of artisanal candy making to new heights. 6.4 oz.
Boxed Assortment - Nuts, Pralines & Caramels Assortment	Inside you'll find two layers of handmade confections: plain and chocolate Fleur de Sel caramels, pistachio lemon peel cluster, caramelized almond cluster, peanut butterflies, marzipans, and milk chocolate and Pear William caramels. Each confection is made with the finest chocolates, nuts, fruits, and liqueurs. 6.4 oz.
Boxed Assortment - Handmade Truffles Assortment	These traditional truffles are made by simply combining cream and chocolate. Enjoy two layers of delicious handmade treats ranging from the purest of flavors to the exotic: Mint, Honey Lavender, Kahlua, Earl Grey, and Ginger. 7.7 oz.
Boxed Assortment - Fleur de Sel Caramel Assortment	Fleur de Sel comes from the Brittany region of France and is one of the most expensive salts in the world. Adding it to our dark, rich caramel further accentuates the delicious caramel flavor. Each box contains ten plain Fleur de Sel Caramels and ten Bittersweet chocolate Fleur de Sel Caramels, all enrobed in our rich 65% bittersweet chocolate. 7.8 oz.
Boxed Assortment - Peanut Butterfly Assortment	Peanuts and chocolate has always been a classic combination. These bittersweet and milk chocolate Peanut Butterflies are filled with our smooth, creamy homemade peanut praliné (a combination of caramelized peanuts and chocolate). Each box of these simply delicious, instant favorites contains eight bittersweet chocolate peanut butterflies and eight milk chocolate peanut butterflies. 5.8 oz.
Boxed Assortment - Raspberry, Passion Fruit & Mojito Hearts	This box of beautiful heart shaped confections from Charles Chocolates features 24 hearts with a thin 65% bittersweet shell and is filled with a rich, creamy ganache in three flavors: raspberry, passion fruit, and mojito. 5.6 oz.
Boxed Assortment - Fresh Orange & Lemon Marzipan Assortment	Our fresh fruit marzipan is unlike any that you have ever tried.
